Thought it was about time I came back with a little catch up post. I know it's long gone now, but I had such a wonderful christmas and new year period that I decided being completely lazy and unproductive and just having fun was the way forward for a few weeks. Anyone else got a final project brief today? I have just had mine, 5 short months until I have to enter the real world eeeep!! I've got a couple of purchases on their way to me etc etc so I'll snap some photos and share them with you this week. Unfortunately, I've decided not to bring my proper camera to uni with me anymore after I had one stolen last term so decent shots will be thin on the ground but iPhones etc can do the job for a while!

How have you found getting back to work/school/uni after Christmas? Officially the most depressing time of the year!

I'm having one of the nicest build ups to christmas this year involving lots of time hanging out with friends and family I haven't seen much of recently. On Saturday I went to Winchester for a friends birthday and we spent a long, long afternoon in a wine bar called 'The Black Bottle' which I would really recommend if you're ever in the area! I've got a day of work tomorrow and then a good, long string of dinners and drinks up until the day itself next Tuesday!

Oh hey! It's been a while hasn't it? I literally became so overwhelmed with uni work and other things that I pretty much had to forget blogging and blogs existed for a few weeks, so sad. I've handed in, presented and come home for christmas now though so I'm a much happier person and much more available to share my clothing and makeup loves with you for a while at least! Big question though ... is everyone feeling festive?

Oh hey! Same old work/lack of camera excuse for the lack of posts recently, I've missed it a lot. This weekend has been a much better and heavier one than expected so tonight I'm chilling with 90210, candles and my new Origins face mask (and some dissertation work boooo). I'm looking forward to heading home this Wednesday for a little bit of work and some catching up with the family and probably the new Nandos at home.

From the looks of this weeks instagrams it looks like I might have been having a brill time. For the most part it was ok, uni was a bit of a stress but apart from that it was all good. Unfortunately, my weekend has been pretty shit. My uni house was burgled on Friday night and the scumbags got a hell of a lot of stuff including my iPad (with it's brand new case - livid!!!) and my camera so I'm not gonna be able to take any good blog photos for a while. I'm pretty gutted but at the end of the day it's just material possessions and at least no one was in and got hurt or anything. The worst part now is feeling like the house is unsafe and thinking that they might come back. So if anyone's got anything that is a definite way to make me laugh or smile that would be pretty much the best thing! Hope your weekend has been good one!

So week 1 is done in my last winter term ever of uni eeek, only 9 more to go! I've had a project brief and my dissertation brief and although I am completely pooing myself about the realness and the importance of it all, I am definitely excited to finish uni and get into the industry etc etc. Stable income is exciting when you've been a student for 4 years. This weekend my boyfriend visited and I took advantage of the slightly less pressure that first week brings and took a little trip to the shops and to Costa, went to see Looper and finished the first season of Revenge (amazing!). I'm going to get serious about it all tomorrow though which is terrifying! Anybody else in a similar situation?

Hello all! Another big catch up because I know I've been absent on here since Monday and a lot recently. Good news is that I'm back to uni and have a much lovelier room than last year that might even work for outfit photos. And as I've got quite a few naughty online orders on the way, there will be plenty to show you! I'm also starting 2 weeks on the Jenny Craig diet plan tomorrow so I'll be posting about my thoughts on that soon if you're interested! I've been feeling a bit sorry for myself today as I always do when I go back to uni and have to leave my boyfriend and family etc so I've lit some candles and I'm going to watch New Girl and do my (summer) project. I'll save going out and being embarrassing for in the week...

I know it's not Sunday, but bank holiday Monday is as good as in my opinion! I went out last night so have of course been sleeping a lot of today and I feel so weird now. This week I'm going to start getting myself sorted for Bestival I think which I'm getting really excited about! Is anyone going? Stevie Wonder is my all time favourite, I don't even know how I'll handle seeing 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered' live!!

This is a scheduled post because I couldn't go away for two weeks without saying goodbye so I hope this goes up ok! After having less time off this week than I was supposed to I had less time to blog and get up all the holiday essentials posts I wanted but I'll be focusing on the fashion while I'm away so that will be up when I'm back. I'm off to France with my family and boyfriend for two weeks in a private villa with a private pool so pretty luxurious really and utterly relaxing. It's a long, long drive and ferry trip and a tasty 2:30 am start but I'm sure it will be fine, we're all just excited to get there and be completely lazy. I won't be posting while I'm away but I will when I get back so see you in two weeks! Hope everyone has a wonderful two weeks whatever you're doing!

Sorry it's a day late! My weekend was a blur of bad days at work, family and BBQ food. Very pleasant but no time for blogging. This week I'll miss most of the sunshine because I'm working 6 days but I am going on holiday in under 2 weeks so I can't complain really!

It's been a good weekend this weekend. I got paid on Friday so I was able to treat myself to a couple of things, my best buy being the Real Techniques core collection brushes (at last!!) after my old buffing brush started shedding like something else after a wash. Nothing new to say on them really, they are definitely worth a purchase! Yesterday I spent the day at Wireless and it was really good fun but if it had been nicer weather and I hadn't been rained on during Drake I would probably be raving about it more. Just want to say a quick thank you for all the lovely comments I've been receiving, and especially thank you to those of you who comment on every post, it's so nice to see the same faces over and over again!

It's been a bit of a weird one this week, working lots of trial shifts and in lots of different places! I started my new job on Friday which was great, my 14 hour day yesterday has left me a little sleepy today though. I went for lunch and shopping with my sister today which was the perfect way to end the week. Next week is more work and wireless festival at the weekend which is exciting! How was your weekend?

If ever I could say I have over-indulged, this weekend is it. Friday night was a dinner party and lots of wine, Saturday was both afternoon and nighttime drinks and cocktails and today was a feast of homemade scones and cream cakes and lots of Pimms. It's all been very lovely and (maybe) completely worth the few lbs I have definitely gained. I've been on some kind of mad job hunt, applying for all sorts in need of some summer work to maintain regular dinner and cocktail outings like this! What have you been up to this weekend?

I'm so sorry I've been so poor at blogging. Preparations for Graduate Fashion Week are crazy, had to make 120 goodie bags this week, and I mean actually make the bag from scratch and everything. Next weekend it starts and the AUCB's stand is going to be pretty brill so I'll definitely show you all somehow! I'm very much enjoying all this jubilee business this week, love a bit of patriotism and quality family time. What are you getting up to over the 4 day weekend?

I have to just say, you're all such a lovely lot! You always leave such lovely comments, and I very much appreciate them, so thank you all! Sorry for my absence this past week but uni has become a bit mental. I had a deadline this week but as I'm working towards Graduate Fashion Week which isn't until the 10th June, the fun hasn't stopped at hand in this time!! I worked a bit at home this weekend though so I'm hoping to treat myself to a few makeup bits on payday which will be brill. I've also got lots of exciting plans for this summer when it finally starts and I plan to be a perfect blogger for the 4 months I'm at home so there's lots to look forward to after the next 3 weeks of busy-ness. Anyone else got anything exciting planned for the summer? I'd love to hear what you're all doing!
